My order hasn’t arrived

I have forgotten my login, what do I do?

The login and password for each centre is simply the centre code/ prefix - if you don't know what you centre's code is you can look it up in the excel sheet attached. E.g. Chatswood's prefix is CHA and password is CHA

Who is paying for this?

The cost will come out of your district marketing budget. (apart from newsletters for the FY15/16)

How long will it take to arrive?

Please be aware that your items will be printed within 72 hours and then despatched, so ensure you allow an appropriate amount of time for printing and delivery
